I do have a Windows 7 box that is working correctly with the same UPS unit, and Windows 7 identifies the device on the Control Panel Device Manager under 'Batteries' heading with a signature of: Driver provider: CyberPower Date: Version: 2.3.0.0 Signer: Microsoft Hardware Compatibility Publisher. When I click for Driver details, it says no driver is required, and yet there is an option to uninstall the device.
